We offer a free 14-day return policy, excluding final sale items, underwear, bottles, swimwear, thongs, non-slip socks, and glute bands.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Start your return by emailing info@onerepultimate.com — we’ll send a return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges: Return your item and place a new order for what you want.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days, contact us.

Final Sale: Items 20% off or more, and gift cards are non-returnable.
